For Hotspot Operators

Register your business and start selling vouchers online.

If you run a WiFi hotspot in your village or town, Bula WiFi lets you sell your vouchers online, track settlements, and get paid. Here's exactly how to sign up — it takes about five minutes.

What you'll need before you start

1

Open the registration page

From the home page, tap Register (top right) or Get Started. The form opens in Customer mode by default.

Tap 🏪 Switch to Business Registration to change the form to a business account. The panel slides over and the title changes to Register Business.

2

Fill in your business details

Enter your first and last name, business name, and village name. Then type your TIN number and tap Choose file to upload your TIN document (PDF, JPG, or PNG).

Add your email, phone number, and select your town/city, suburb, and region. Suburbs load once you pick a city.

Create a password — at least 8 characters with a letter, a number, and a special character — confirm it, tick the Terms & Conditions, and tap Create Business Account →.

3

Verify your email

We'll send a 6-digit code to the email you entered. Open your inbox, copy the code, and enter it on the Verification screen, then tap Verify Email →.

Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, or tap Resend code (you can resend after a short wait). The code expires in 10 minutes.

4

Wait for admin approval

Once your email is verified, your account goes to the Bula WiFi team for review. You'll see the message: "Your business account is now waiting for admin approval."

We check your business details and TIN document. This is a manual step to keep the platform trusted — so give it a little time.

5

Get approved & log in

When your account is approved, you'll receive an approval email with a login link. From then on you can log in and start uploading your voucher plans (from GWN Cloud or your own portal) to sell online.

Until you're approved, login will show a pending approval message — that's normal.

💡
Tip: Make sure your TIN document is clear and readable. A blurry photo can slow down approval. A phone photo in good light, or a scanned PDF, works best.

Ready to register?

It takes about five minutes. Have your TIN document ready.
